Governments, too, must not accept crisis profiteering, as we saw governments bidding against one another for PPE in short supply and great demand. Taxpayers must FORCE their governments to demand and receive PPE and test kit refunds. 

We understand that many governments  are in short supply of PPE and test kits, and need more PPE and test kits now, and need to replenish their stocks of PPE and test kits to prepare for a send wave of Coronavirus. We understand that most PPE is made in China, and that governments cannot jeapordise their chances of buying PPE right now; however governments, business and individuals MUST INSIST that PPE be fairly priced and that no auction pricing of PPE be allowed. We MUST ALL BOYCOTT any and all sites and companies which use auction pricing of PPE and other critical goods.

Furthermore, it should be 100% clear that all countries must develop the infrastructure and capacity to manufacture PPE and test kits on their own soil, in their own territory, if possible. Many countries will not be capable of doing this anytime in the next decade or two, so there MUST be PPE and test kit manufacturers in democracies which have the capacity to provide for global PPE and testing needs; as the entire world MUST put in place a permanent boycott against Chinese PPE and other high-tech products as soon as possible.
